If your request for a refund is approved, you can expect the following refund options:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the original card used for the purchase.
  • If you paid through an alternative payment method, we will process the refund through the same method.

1.4 Refund Timeframe

Refunds are typically processed within 7 – 10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2. Returns

We acknowledge that there may be instances when you need to initiate a product return. However, considering the nature of our offerings, returns are not always feasible. Please refer to the information below to determine the eligibility for returning an item (this does not impact your statutory rights).

  1. Faulty Items:
    • Return within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the item remains unopened and undamaged.
    • Items must be unused and in their original condition of sale. *
  2. Devices:
    • Devices cannot be tested before return.
    • Devices are eligible for return within 14 days only if they are unused, unopened, and in the original condition of sale.

It’s important to note that all expenses related to return postage, and fees, including any applicable duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable service for returns, as any loss or damage during transit is not the responsibility of Laser by Carly.
